Very versatile fish…easy to use. I use it topped with a breadcrumb crust, flavoured with chopped black olives, diced white onion, diced sundried tomatoes, melted butter, EVOO, slight touch of garlic butter in the mix. Place on parchment, on sheet pan, pop into a hot oven, 10 minutes (well, depending how thick your topping is) Check it after 8 minutes, it’s not rocket science! 🙂
