  • 75 gr tagliatelle pasta
  • 50 grams pangasius fillet
  • 50 grams frozen stir fry shrimps
  • 50 grams boiled and frozen mussels
  • 1 white onion
  • half a red  bell pepper
  • 4 mushrooms, cut in quarters
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresly cut parsley
  • 2 tablespoons parmezan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

A healthy and quick recipe for those nights that you have limited time to prepare dinner, but long for a healthy hearty meal.

  1. Prepare the pasta as said on the label
  2. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Fry the onion and mushrooms for some minutes
  3. Meanwhile, defrost the fish in cold, pouring water and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Fry the bell pepper shortly together with the onion and mushrooms until soft. Add soy cream together with cut parsley, pepper, salt and fish. Let it simmer for 6-8 minutes until shrimps are done. Stir one spoon of parmezan in the last minute.
  5. Serve the sauce on top of the pasta and place two tomatoes, some extra parsley and the remaining parmezan on top.
