Surprising stir-fry dish with pangasius fillet and lots of vegetables. A healthy choice that fits perfectly into a diet. Also nice to combine with rice.

Serves

4 persons

Directions

  1. Make a marinade of olive oil, curry, crushed garlic, sea salt, and crushed black pepper. Cut the pangasius into strips, arrange them in the marinade and cover them with film foil. Then let them soak in the fridge overnight.
  2. Heat some oil from the marinade in a wok and stir-fry the finely chopped vegetables. Add the marinated pangasius and simmer briefly.
  3. Remove everything from the wok and leave the cooking liquids in the wok. Add the cream cheese and let it melt on low heat. Finally, mix everything together and serve.

Tip: Serve this dish with basmati rice and finish it off with a little chervil as a garnish.
