This amazing dish from Bulgaria is so easy and yet so flavourful! Balkan people know how to cook with less and yet simple ingredients. The tender taste in your mouth and aroma of such delicious fish will make you want more.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and wash and dry the pangasius fillets.
  2. Spread butter on the surface of a large baking dish and put the fish inside. Place the pangasius for 10 minutes in the oven.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the pickles into wheels. Mix them with sour cream and mustard, and add black pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Take out the pangasius fillets from the oven and remove the excess water from the dish. Spread the pickle-cream mixture on the fillets and take the dish back to the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with a green salad. Enjoy!
