  • 2g koriander powder
  • 2g salt
  • 2g black pepper
  • 2g cumin

Tahine saus 

  • 40g minced fresh parsley
  • 30ml tahine
  • 5ml lemon juice
  • 2g salt
  • 25ml water

Pangasius spices

  1. Season the filet with the spices and leave them for 2 hours
  2. Then heat the pan and put about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and cook every side for 3 minutes.

Tahine saus 

  1. Chop the parsley, put them with the tahine, salt, lemon and 50ml cold water.
  2. Stir them until they are mixed very well.
  3. Take Your time with this delicious food
