- 2g salt

- 2g cumin
Tahine saus
- 40g minced fresh parsley
- 30ml tahine
- 5ml lemon juice
- 2g salt
- 25ml water

Pangasius spices
- Season the filet with the spices and leave them for 2 hours
- Then heat the pan and put about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and cook every side for 3 minutes.
Tahine saus
- Chop the parsley, put them with the tahine, salt, lemon and 50ml cold water.
- Stir them until they are mixed very well.
