Ingredients
- 200 grams of sweet potato
- 80 grams of green asparagus
- 30 grams of shallots
- 5 grams of red pepper

- 4 pieces of Pangasius fillet
- 40 grams of white soy sauce
- 30 grams of butter
- 40 grams of olive oil
- 60 grams of spinach
- 80 gram kentang, natural

- Cut sweet potato into brunoise/cubes. Cut the asparagus into rounds.
- Remove the red and green chilies from the seeds and crown and chop finely.
- Clean and finely chop the shallot.
- Bake sweet potato until golden brown. Add butter, salt, and shallot and fry for a while.
- Add chilies and corn asparagus at the last moment and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pat pangasius fillet dry with kitchen paper and cut the fillets apart.
- Fry pangasius fillet in a frying pan until golden brown with olive oil, butter, and salt.
- Add white soy sauce.
- Serve the pangasius, sweet potato, peppers, and asparagus.
- Mix raw spinach with olive oil, salt, and pepper and place over the pangasius. Break the kentang into pieces and sprinkle over the dish.
