  • 200 grams of sweet potato
  • 80 grams of green asparagus
  • 30 grams of shallots
  • 5 grams of red pepper
  • 30 grams of olive oil
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 4 pieces of Pangasius fillet
  • 40 grams of white soy sauce
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 40 grams of olive oil
  • 60 grams of spinach
  • 80 gram kentang, natural

  1. Cut sweet potato into brunoise/cubes. Cut the asparagus into rounds.
  2. Remove the red and green chilies from the seeds and crown and chop finely.
  3. Clean and finely chop the shallot.
  4. Bake sweet potato until golden brown. Add butter, salt, and shallot and fry for a while.
  5. Add chilies and corn asparagus at the last moment and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Pat pangasius fillet dry with kitchen paper and cut the fillets apart.
  7. Fry pangasius fillet in a frying pan until golden brown with olive oil, butter, and salt.
  8. Add white soy sauce.
  9. Serve the pangasius, sweet potato, peppers, and asparagus.
  10. Mix raw spinach with olive oil, salt, and pepper and place over the pangasius. Break the kentang into pieces and sprinkle over the dish.
