  • 2 pangasius fillets (approx. 400 gr)
  • 150 gr fresh tuna
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • pepper and salt
  • butter and olive oil

These delicious rolls of pangasius stuffed with fresh tuna are the perfect party snack or appetiser. Serve with dill and lime mayonnaise.

  1. Mix the mayonnaise in a bowl with the lime juice, chopped dill and some pepper and salt
  2. Mince the fresh tuna with the soy sauce and some pepper in a food processor
  3. Cut the pangasius fillets like a butterfly to create an opening for the minced tuna
  4. Fill the fillets with the minced tuna and wrap the fillets like a roll
  5. Place the stuffed panga fillets in plastic foil and roll it a few times to create a nice roll and put the rolls in the fridge for 30 minutes
  6. Take the stuffed panga rolls out of the plastic foil, heat the butter and olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook it slowly for 4-5 minutes, while turning the rolls regularly until done to your liking
  7. Slice the rolls gently in equal portions and serve one or two slices per portion with a few drops of the dill and lime mayonnaise
