Ingredients
- Pagasius slices or fillets of about 500g (1 lb)
- Black pepper, seasoning powder, sugar, salt, fish sauce
- Some cells of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of caramel syrup
- 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes
- Oil

Directions
- If you use the whole fish, clean the fish, take out the inner parts and cut into 4 steaks. If you use fillets, just cut into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, place the steaks or fillets, season them with garlic, caramel syrup, sugar, fish sauce, some salt and black pepper. Set it aside for 30 minutes to absorb.
- Add some water, then boil the bowl of pangasius on low fire until it gets somewhat dry.
- Split the cucumber in two, cut them in slices of 0,2 cm thick.
- Before meal, sprinkle with some black pepper and pour little oil with garlic.
- Serve hot with steamed rice, tomato and cucumber.
