New pangasius recipes from our chef

Because pangasius is such a versatile ingredient, it keeps inspiring our chef to come up with new recipes. This time, he has created some delicious dishes to present at an upcoming trade fair in Brussels in Belgium: The Seafood Expo Global.

For three new panga recipes, our chef was triggered by other popular Vietnamese ingredients: tuna, honey and cashew nuts. To test his new culinary creations, he prepared pangasius with a spicy honey-cashew crust, fresh tuna stuffed pangasius and honey-mustard marinated pangasius at a try-out session. They were a great success with the guests!

These panga recipes are super quick and easy to make at home. With their fresh and colourful ingredients, the dishes taste great and look fantastic. You can serve them as appetisers or snacks at a party, or as starters at a family dinner. Satisfaction guaranteed!
